Federal Law N 353-FZ dated December 12, 2010 entitled "On amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation”.
Came into legal force on January 01.2012 (excluding certain provisions).
The Law stipulates the significant changes in the procedure for appealing the courts’ decisions of first instance, as well as the deadlines for filling the appeal.

Federal Law N 335-FZ dated November 11, 2011 entitled "On the investment partnership"
Came into legal force on January 01.2012.
The law stipulates the definition of the Investment Partnership Agreement: "According to the Investment Partnership Agreement two or more persons (partners) agree to combine their contributions and to implement joint investment activities without establishing a legal entity for profit."
Also the Law stipulates the following provisions:
1. procedure of a share determination of each partner in the common property of partners;
2. procedure of conduction the common partners activities;
3. partners responsibility of the general obligations;
4. procedure of termination of the agreement;
5. notarial form of the agreement.

Federal Law N 328-FZ dated November 21, 2011 entitled "On amendments to the particular legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of formation and usage of the target-capital of non-profit organizations".
Article 2 came into legal force on January 01, 2012.
The Federal Law adjusts the Law on the Formation and usage of the target-capital of non-profit organizations.
